Blend please?

Hi! Can you please do a blend for me? (sig pic.. I think it's a blend?) With these pictures:

And with the lyrics: "The sky can't rain on me anymore"

I would really appreciate it. I'm not creative (as you can probably tell by my sig made in paint! lol), so I don't really have an idea of how I want it, but the last pic is my favorite so maybe you could focus more on it?

Would it be possible to get a pretty av to match?

BTW, what program do you use? I'd like to learn to make my own sometime.,

By the way I use Adobe Photoshop CS3.

It's a lot of improvisation really. You've just gotta have fun and try new stuff.
