this weeks episode was great !! although, i miss gizzie.

I can't wait. It looks like Addison may talk some sense into Meredith about Derek.
*SPOILER* I saw on E! where they are getting rid of the nurse that is dating Derek. They basically said that means what you think it means for Meredith and Derek.
^^Addison basically told Meredith to stop being an idiot and get Derek back. Addison also freaked out Callie by asking if her and Dr. Hahn were girlfriends. Now Callie's sleeping with Sloan. Izzie finally started taking command and not being such a softy. The man with the tumor underwent experimental surgery and didn't make it.

Yeah, the one that married the girl "below" him. He became even worse with her, and everyone. He was trying to get someone else to be with his wife. He also kind of came on to everyone, Meredith and Derek included. He did have nice moment with his wife before he went into surgery though. He said he wanted her to find someone else because he wanted her to be happy and not alone after he was gone.
