For all the grade-school students here, what are your top 5 choices for college?

Mine are:

University of Florida - It's one of the hardest to get into in the country, but ironically, for instate students, it's one of the cheapest. Also, one of the best medical programs resides there.

University of Central Florida - It's probably just as academically challenging as Florida, but definitely easier to get into. Plus, the campus spirit is so unique!

Louisiana State University - the 4th cheapest out-of-state university, a great atmosphere, close to the rest of my family, etc. Great atmosphere!

Then, I'm thinking I'll apply to Florida-Atlantic, U of Miami, U of South Florida, and/or FSU.

How 'bout, y'all?

I'm only a junior, but I've started thinking about it. I probably want to stay in New England because I can't see myself anywhere else. I'm thinking about:
Tufts University- has a good vet program, I love the Boston area, Bowdoin College- only like 40 mins from where I live and it has a beautiful campus, Brown would be a reach school for me, but it would be amazing, and maybe somewhere in Vermont, like St. Michael's or University of Vermont.

I only applied to one school-the University of Pittsburgh. I love Pittsburgh SO much and I couldn't picture myself anywhere else. It's only like 20 minutes from home.

I've already graduated high school. I attempted to go to college this fall, but the day before it started I realized it wasn't for me right now. I still need to work on some important issues and make sure my life is straight before going to college. But, these are my picks right now...

State Fair Community College~if i choose to start off at a community college, this will be my choice cause it's the best and most popular in my state(Missouri).

Univ. of Central Missouri~this is the 1 i attended on my 1st college attempt and its STILL #1 on my list. always will be b/c imo it's the best in missouri.

Missouri State Univ.~my #2, i'm a dedicated fan to the school's teams and its academic atmosphere is excellent.

These 3 are really the only colleges that I love and have been to before for tours and other events. I believe, if/when I go back to college UCM will be my pick once again. Besides, it is the cheapest for in state/out of state students, and they work REALLY well with the military if us soldiers get deployed while in college.

I'm really hoping UC Davis or UC Berkeley, but if that doesn't go through, then I will go to junior college first, then transfer.

I'm so indecisive, it's hard for me to narrow it down to only a few, lol. But here are some that I've been looking into:

Washington University in St. Louis - I figure if I'm going to attend somewhere far away from home, this will be where. I've been looking at summer college programs for Juniors and I might attend one this year. The school seems to be very well balanced and it has a good teacher/student ratio. I know that it's pretty hard to get into, though.

Johns Hopkins University - I'm not exactly sure what I want my career to be, but I was looking into psychiatry. In that case, Johns Hopkins has an awesome medicine program... as well as a great international studies program (which is another thing I'm looking into).

College of William and Mary - This is a great school that a few of my close friends and I have been talking about attending. Again, a great teacher/student ratio as well as great academic opportunities. It's not far from where I live, either.

Virginia Tech - Tech is one of my "back up" colleges, because it's less selective than a lot of other colleges I plan on applying to. Again, a lot of my friends plan on attending VT and it has strong academics, although it's not my number one choice.

University of Mary Washington - This is my other "back up". Basically, I want to stay close to home... but Mary Washington is literally five minutes from my house, and I don't know if I want to be that close, lol. Still, it's a really strong school and I would definitely be happy to go there.

University of Montana

or Washington State University...it's where my cousin went and now she's a Senior Manager for Boeing. She could get me a decent job with great pay...she's making about $145,000 a year at her position. Though the only down side of that would be that I'd rather be somewhere in the medical field..

CSN - Community College, till i can figure out what i wanna do with my boring life

then either UNLV or Nevada State or University of Nevada Reno

or i move somewhere in Tennessee

I have about 5 others I would't mind going to though.
I want to go somewhere with a good medical field class.
UNC Chapel Hill have a good med program so I might go there.

Honestly i have no idea.. I should start looking more considering i'm a junior.. I'm wanting to major in Graphic Design and then on the side be a Computer Tech.

Tennessee here we come!!! I LOVE it here. The only downfall is that we don't really get a winter. It gets cold, but no snow. That's what you should do. haha
