Do You Still Request Carrie's Music On Radio???
Just wondering, cuase I know that personally I don't as much as I used to for her first few singles and I think that I need to start doing it more often! So what about you guys...
I think it is rather obvious that very few are voting like they did for the songs on the first album or her album songs would be #1. This album just hasn't won the hearts the way the Some Hearts did.
They say what happens here stays here all of this will disappear, there's just 1 little problem...

I don't because every time I call in the dj would say they already have requests for the song i want to hear. So after awhile i finally got tired of that and quit requesting. When I want to hear Carrie, I push play on my cd player or ipod and I'm all good. I know that's not what makes her successful but my dj is kinda rude and i won't take that.
I don't think it's about CR not having the same effect.
I think we have grown accustomed to her doing so well.
CR is a great album. It deserves great success.
I personally have "up"ed my game and am requesting more than ever..I feel like I need to to get Carrie to #1.
Taylor is the new kid getting all the attention and I can appreciate that, but it makes no sense to wonder where all her support is coming from when we are not doing our best for Carrie.
If you want to see Carrie do well, make it happen!

I honestly don't understand what you're trying to say. SS was the first single released off of CR and it was #1 for 3 weeks. AAG is still climbing the charts and still has a chance of going to #1. I think alot of people have just become complacent. Sometimes now we just need to get motivated to keep on requesting and voting. Some fans are obviously doing something though because AAG is the #1 video on CMT & GAC.
By the way, I do have hopes that CR will catch a second wind and people will finally catch on that CR is an Awesome CD.
i do often! ill request tomorrow cuz i have to go to the dentist so ill call and be like, "can you play...by carrie underwood" and then the lady will have like a 5 minute conversation with me...seriously, the lady does do this!
