Confusion as to when "Blown Away" video comes out

I've heard July 27 from some, July 28 from others, and July 31st from even more. Anybody know when the video actually comes out?

The official premiere party that the San Antonio radio station won is this Saturday, the 28th. The video is scheduled to be on Carrie's official vevo page on July 31 at 3am for everyone else to see. It may be on iTunes late in the evening on the 30th.
