both of the singers that covered the songs have pretty strong sustainable vocals, however the miranda songs just wasn't working for them. for some reason, none of them really seemed cut out for country for me
just listen to wolffe sing "rolling in the deep"-that song truly captured how great her voice is and what she's capable of. her singing "HTBM" sort of locked her in a little box and underplayed on her voice.

Cherie lost her battle round and won't be going to the live shows. By the way, Reba mentioned that Cherie co-wrote Reba's hit, Turn On The Radio.

Maybe it is just me, but from their comments I think all the other judges would have picked Cherie.

Ita. I think that almost every time Christina turned around in the blink auditions, she made a comment about the person's looks.
