I started drinking them awhile ago thinking they'd be a healthier alternative (and a change up from plain water) until someone pointed out to me how much calories are in them and then I stopped drinking them. Here I'd be on the treadmil running and in between simping my V. water. But as I'm looking at the calories I'm burning I'm realizing I'm just putting them back into my body LOL.
So I wouldn't say they suck. Some flavors are really good and if you don't mind the calorie count then cool. But for me I'm back to plain water!
worst flavor: DragonFruit and Fruit Punch
Best flavor: Apple raspberry, kiwi, and orange
