Two songs from Taylor Swift she has written where you really like the lyrcis.

Sad Beautiful Tragic: Long hand written note
    deep in your pocket
Words, how little they mean when you're a little too late
I stood right by the tracks, your face in the locket
Good girls hopeful they'll be and long they will wait
    We had
    A beautiful magic love there
What a sad/ Beautiful tragic love affair
In dreams, I meet you in warm conversation
We both wake in lonely beds, different cities
And time is taking its sweet time erasing you
And you've got your demons and darling
They all look like me, cause
    Distance, timing, breakdown fighting
Silence, the train runs off its track
Kiss me , try to fix it
Could you just try to listen?
Hang up, give up and for the life of us
    We can't get back/ A beautiful magic love there/ What a sad/ Beautiful, tragic, beautiful, tragic/ Beautiful/

I Almost Do: I bet this time of night you're still up.
I bet you're tired from a long hard week.
I bet you're sitting in your chair by the window looking out at the city.
And I bet sometimes you wonder about me.

And I just wanna tell you
It takes everything in me not to call you.
And I wish I could run to you.
And I hope you know that every time I don't
    I almost do,
    I almost do.

I bet you think I either moved on or hate you
'Cause each time you reach out there's no reply.
I bet it never ever occurred to you that I can't say "Hello" to you
    And risk another goodbye.

And I just wanna tell you
It takes everything in me not to call you.
And I wish I could run to you.
And I hope you know that every time I don't
    I almost do,
    I almost do.

Oh, we made quite a mess, babe.
It's probably better off this way.
    And I confess, babe,
In my dreams you're touching my face
And asking me if I wanna try again with you.
    And I almost do.

And I just wanna tell you
It takes everything in me not to call you.
And I wish I could run to you.
And I hope you know that every time I don't
    I almost do,
    I almost do.

I bet this time of night you're still up.
I bet you're tired from a long hard week.
I bet you're sitting in your chair by the window looking out at the city.
And I hope sometimes you wonder about me.

I find I Almost Do as a song to be pretty basic, although the lyrics on paper are not bad. The lyrics of Dear John, All Too Well, Last Kiss and Enchanted are some of her best imo. Shout out to You Belong With Me, Mine, and Our Song.

It was a little difficult for me to choose. I like so many of her songs she has written. I really like I Almost Do. Funny how opinions differ. I don't like You Belong With Me. I like Dear John, Mine and Our Song, but not as much as other songs. I like the other songs you mentioned a lot.

I really dislike I Almost Do, actually. Tied Together With A Smile probably tops my list of her songs lyrics-wise. Apart from that, going by album:

TS : The Outside, Our Song
    Fearless : Forever And Always
Speak Now : none of the songs really blow me away for their lyrics, actually. Ours, I guess?
Red : All Too Well, The Lucky One.

I don't really feel I know her work well enough to make many comparisons - but, on what I have heard, "All Too Well" and "The Lucky One" would be the two I'd pick as well.

I admit also that I will be coming from a place of not knowing enough to choose "best".

But songs that had me convinced that she was not a "put on":

Lovestory (she could tell stories with permanent images)
    Teardrops on... (songwriting 101)
YBWM (her most commercial and unpersonal but proof that she could write in a universal manner)
White Horse (proof that she could convey sadness in a personal way)
The Last Day (I think that's what its called, ha ha ha) only taylor song I have ever heard that was a pure celebration and honor for someone other than herself. She should do it much more often..

    finally my personal fav.

Ours (just a perfect pairing of song and artist and production - "and she likes the gap between my teeth, wink!"

    All Too Well, easily.

Dear John is pretty great, too.
