Great news for Ashley Monroe fans
Ashley Monroe will be known to many fans as the writer of "Flat On The Floor", and (as recently reported in the main forum) one of Carrie's current co-writers.
The good news is that, in the wake of Ashley's success as a songwriter, with placings with Carrie, Norah Jones, Jason Aldean and others; her own independent EP with Trent Dabbs; and her video for "Old Enough", with the Raconteurs and Ricky Skaggs (nominated for the CMT awards in two categories)....
....Sony have AT LAST agreed to a full digital release of her own Mainstream album, "Satisfied" (postponed from 2006, when Ashley was 19)
To the best of my knowledge, these are the tracks (in random order):
Let Me Down Again
Make Room At The Bottom
I Don't Want To (duet with Ronnie Dunn)
Can't Let Go
That's Why We Call Each Other Baby (duet with Dwight Yoakum)
Pony
Hank's Cadillac
Pain Pain
I Don't Wanna Be
Satisfied
It will get digital release on Amazon, iTunes and other stores that deal with "major" labels, on May 19th
