    Almonds Contain protein, fat, and fiber.
    Apples Along with fiber that can make you feel fuller for hours.
    Dates and Mangoes,These little gems have all the sweetness, vitamin C and iron
    Eggs are good source of iron and lecithin.
    Beans They are low in fat, and packed with protein and fiber.
    Lean meat and fish The news on protein is that the amino acid leucine.
    Oats contain soluble fiber.
    Oliver cause the stomach to retain food for longer.
    Spinch are fiber rich, with high water content.
