    Weight loss tips!!

    I have some tips for loss your body weight you should be exercise daily at morning and evening both.Go to gym 2 or 3 times in a week.Make a healthy diet plan which consists on balanced vegetables,cereals and fruits and only enough for your body requirements.Take out the fish and other cholesterol contain food from your daily diet.For this you should be take help of nutrition specialist.Make a dancing steps,push ups and Yoga for body loss.Drink water as much as you can.Have observations about what effects are you having on your body.

    Um, how about no? It's Christmas, you ding-dong. Do you really think anyone is going to the gym?

    Ha ha Cole you are so funny. (but absolutely right for me).
    I work out regularly. But I actually plan every year to take time off during the Holidays.
    It lowers my stress (for getting so many things done) and it gives me a bit of a guilty pleasure knowing I am entitling myself to some of the treats of the season.
    Than starting in Jan, when you hit that bored winter stage, I hit the gym hard to prepare for the coming year.
    It actually works really well for me. I don't gain much weight (cause I don't over do it. a cookie here and a sip of egg nog there), and I enjoy one less responsibility during a very hectic time of year.
    I used to get a cold at least once during the holidays (I think it was cause at the gym everyone is sick and they don't clean off the machines) and now I rarely do.

    For effective weight loss 2 things are really important
    1 exercise plan
    2 proper diet plan
    Tacoma boot camp
    if you follow these 2 point you will loss weight in short time

    I have actually lost 25 pounds in the last year.. I have a lot more to go though lol... I started exercising.. I exercise at least 3 days a week.. I cut down on what I ate, I eat much slower than I used to, and I added more fruits and veggies into my diet.. I have a metabolism that moves at a snails pace, so if I can do it anyone can...

    Eat breakfast: Various studies have shown that eating breakfast daily can help in losing weight. While many people think by skipping breakfast they cut calories, which is wrong. Instead breakfast skippers replace calories during lunch and dinner by mindless nibbling as they had kept themselves starved for a long period.

    Have fruits: Try to eat fruits at least twice a day. Fruits have no fat and are mostly water, which will make you feel full for a long time making you eat less.

    Get enough sleep: Sleep is very important for a person's health and well-being. So, if you want to burn those calories off, try to get at least eight hours of sleep a night.
