I was just wondering if it's ok to use water flavoring packets in my water? I love water, but sometimes I get tired of just plain water.. Tacoma Personal Trainer suggest me to use simple and plane water

That all depends. Some people will simply not drink water unless it is flavored which is that case it is better to drink flavored than not at all. But the truth about "flavor packets" is they are nothing but chemicals. Its not a good option. Try flavoring your water with natural sweeteners and flavors, lemon/orange/mint/tea/cinnamon/ginger/cucumber/ there are tons of options. And then sweetenting it with actual sugar is just much better for the body than fake sweeteners. So sugar/syrup/honey/agave/crushed fruit!!
But do try to drink a certain amount of plain water, so you don't get too used to having it flavored......
