^ oh believe me I KNOW what you mean lol ive been looking up internships in LA. trying to get a summer one. Theres alot of internships at the big companies but Im a year shy of being able to cause i have to be a sophomore/junior summer in college and im a freshman

and since im in community college for 2 years then going to university for 2 Im thinking about just doing the 2 at community to get my associates but then alot of internships are out cause you have to be in college to get them in the film industry

Yeah I met one of the actors from the show Flashpoint. He gave me his contact information and asked around for me, but I guess the show doesn't do internships at all. It was so nice of him to help, though, because he's a very busy guy.

You're trying to get into the film industry too? Cool! Yeah, it's so tough. And there's so much competition. I'm in my third year of university right now, but I'm in Canada so right there that limits my film/TV options a ton, and I can't afford to move down to the States for the summer and get paid nothing.

'Cause at least up here in Canada most internships will pay something, even if it's just an honorarium. I'm trying to get something in either Vancouver or Toronto, but with this industry it's all about who you know.

What area of the industry do you want to get into? I'm kind of wavering between everything, from producing, directing, writing and possibly even acting (although that last one's probably a long shot. lol)

rants; i need to read my social psych chapter. gahhhhhh i already read one today, but i need to read the remaining one tonight so i can make study notes tomorrow, and study sunday and monday for ANOTHER test on tuesday. Christ this man has tests every damn day, i swear!

omg that happened to me! i was bar hopping with my cousin and his friends and while we were driving home I guess I had my head hanging out the window, and I could NOT hear out of my right ear for about a week. I had a nasty ear infection and soon it became a double ear infection. NOT fun at all!

Have fun this weekend! I have a 4 day weekend so I will be doing similar things Im sure
