It would not surprise me at all if a ISP provider did it. I have known quiet a few instances where it does happen for no reason and the ISP provider makes a excuse that they don't see the problem but once they reset their restrictions, it starts working again.
daisytweets - I can get on kelliefans with no problem
farawayhill - tried the javascript trick - didn't work
me too
Update:
I contacted my ISP.They know nothing - literally.
They did say they never block sites so that's not the problem. I asked if they could give me a new IP address - no go,of course.Seems my IP changes every 15 -30 days whether I like it or not and they can't intervene. The guy really was no help at all.
thanks everyone for all the help, if you come up with any more suggestion let me know.
Well ya'll I am having same problem!! I can't do likes and it is like I am visiting and not registered, very frustrating.

This is particularly odd, in that neither the board nor the ISP seem to be doing anything to block people - and in that it happens with more than one browser, regardless of their visible security settings.
The only other areas where I feel it might be happening is in the operating system, or in some third party anti-virus or firewall software that you might be using. If the latter, it might be connected with some malware scare which I vaguely remember was connected with this site some time back. It was a false listing, but it might have arisen again, and the software might be checking against some blacklist it uses.
It may help if we find out whether all the people affected have similar security arrangements
It's a miracle...I'm back on!!!! Hallelujah!!
Oh this is indeed GREAT news!!!So happy for you, Donna! Hopefully the others that are experiencing issues are back as well. Sure wish we could've figured out what the cause was so we could either prevent it in the future or come up with a solution if anyone should have a similar issue in the future.

^^ agree , would've been nice to know why the IP was blocked and why it's suddenly not.
a mystery for sure
