Brushes.

Um IDK if its in PS6 or whatever, but if you open it, in PS you can go to like Edit>> Define Brush or something

What you do is save the brushes to your Photoshop Elements 6 brush folder (go to programs:adobe: photoshopelements 6: presets: brushes), and then as the Courtizzler said, click on your brush tool in Photoshop, click on the little arrow you see under the layer option on top, then click on the arrow on the side, and click load brushes. Find your brushes, click on them, and it'll load your brushes!
