This shocks me. I for some reason thought she'd played here before... wait. I saw her here in '05 with the American Idols, lol. This is obviously different. But even so, what I was going to say is it's even more impressive since they have open more seats than most artists that play the Verizon Center since it's in the round.

I imagine trying to book MSG is pretty hard especially when it has to jive with a tour - it's probably best to do it on a one time date separate from the tour but Carrie's entourage has 19 Tractor trailers carrying the set so I think it would be very expensive to do it. It may be why she hasn't booked it to date

^ well they need to get over that and book it already. Lol if Miranda can book MSG and she didnt even come close to selling out- surely someone of Carrie's stature can book it and sell out.

Every big country act but Carrie has booked MSG so it cannot be that hard. Lol

When did Miranda headline MSG? And how many tickets did She sell (was it part of the mega tickets)?

LAst year I think. She did not sell out. I do not have the exact numbers but I am sure they are posted somewhere. Not sure if it was megaticket, but she is back on megaticket again this summer so it could be. haha

I think she sold appx. 10,500 tickets. Luke Bryan sold out MSG twice.

Not sure if you're talking about Verizon Centre or MSG.

She played MSG with Keith back in 2008. Since then she's toured in surrounding arenas but not MSG itself. However, by doing that she actually plays to more people than she would if she only played the MSG.
