Nicole, Rapidshare is not rapid. lol.
When I finally get it uploaded I will let you know. Thanks.
Btw, it's an MTS file, is that ok for you?
I have never heard of MTS, but if it doesn't work for me, I can always convert it.![]()
Thanks you guys
My mom's totally fine, and honestly the crowd really wasn't that bad...Yes, there were a lot of drunk folks and a lot of barely-clad women, but I really don't have a problem with either..Go for it! But, I don't think any amount of alcohol can make a sensible person react that way to an obviously unwell woman...That means you're pretty messed up pre-alcohol as well, IMO.
Can the other people who attended add corrections to my post? I'm pretty sure I got the order of the songs wrong in a couple of places. But I feel like I got almost all of the chatter/memorable moments.
Don't know if this particular video has been posted:
Great find Claire! Here's also Two Black Cadillacs Glenn referenced:
With "Good Girl", "Blown Away", and "Two Black Cadillacs", Carrie created a new sound of Country Music: a country music with a rock and roll drum beat ! Love it.![]()
So cute how she changes it to hockey star & All Canadian Girl
Glad your mom is fine. She's pretty awesome to come with you and go through all that so that you could see Carrie. I wish I had been where you were, she could have sat in my chair.
You did an amazing job of recalling everything. There were a few other things but you got all the important stuff and the order of the songs isn't that important so I don't think I need to add anything to what you said.![]()
Thanks Ann. I love this youtube user!!! lol. There should be more coming, there were tons of camera's up for the opening sequence where Jason Aldean's She's Country plays for awhile before Carrie comes on to sing GG. I'm really hoping to see BA so you guys can hear the crowd reaction. There was one song she did in her acoustic set where she went off vocally because she kept fiddling with her earpiece but I can't remember which song it was. That might show up also.
I loved the "She's Country" thing before she came on. So awesome! It really got everyone pumped up!
Thanks, Ann! I hope Carrie keeps FOTF for the BA tour -- love that song!
