Short review, LBT was absolutely AMAZING as they always are.
I saw no one post their setlist so from my memory, and this may not be exactly right here one is.

I like Carrie's show better this time than the last time I saw it. I like the stage set up and song trasitions better as well. Everything seemed to flow rather nice, and it was such an awesome show. She and LBT picked awesome setlists and I don't think I would change a thing about it. I'm glad Carrie added Some Hearts instead of the medley, and people seem to really respond to that song as well. It's great following up FOTF. I like praying for time added, and I think if she did add YWFT there may be too many slow songs, but maybe not. At the end Carrie came out wearing an NKU Jersey that said Underwood. Everyone wend crazy during JTTW when she said Cincinnati LOL, and Paradise City/BHC had everyone even the men singing along
Great show, this is definately a must see tour, the only thing I would add is a song with LBT at the end, but aside from that it was a great night.

I will have to say if Carrie doesn't get nominated next year for ETOTY then something is wrong. The stage is pretty amazing, and I like the stairs because it gives the people on the floor who can't see over the person in front of them a better view for a while lol. The lighting was rock n roll, but didn't take away from the atmoshere. She had all kinds of extras, like constume changes, her highlights video, lighting, stage rose up at one point, confete, and some could call it razzle dazzle, and I suppose it is. However, what's so cool is that all of that helped the next part of her show flow really well. Like the video montage was a nice trasition because it went from her most current achievements (with the song "Ever ever after" playing in the background) to the begining of Idol and her winning. It stops with Ryan saying and the winner of AMerican Idol 2005 is....... then Carrie just bursts out (from the top of the stage) with IYH accapella which was absolutely chilling and amazing at the same time. I thought that whole piece was very nice, and it fit wonderfully in her show.
Does anyone know if she'll be elegible for 09 CMA ETOTY ? I figure she'll get the nod for ACM ETOTY, but just wondering about next years CMA?
On any occasion this tour should help both Carrie and LBT. Carrie has full stage production, is almost selling out every show, and this is the best tour I've seen of her. LBT need the Carrie exposure and pull in some of those die hard idol lover to the little big friends side

Yea I go to a lot of concerts, I really have no idea how many more to add cause I've seen her a couple of time since I updated it. I do have pics and a small video, but I'll have to wait till tom, or when I get back from my trip to upload them. Oh yea, everyone loved the big blinkie C that comes down at the end of the show. It really does add, and kinda shows Carrie's dominance if that makes any sense.

This concert was so amazing, my first ever Carrie concert.
My favorite that she played was Just A Dream.
I think this showed the best just how amazing her voice is.
I did not even know LBT was playing, what a great added bonus!

awesome...thanks for mentioning LBT in your review... I too hope that LBT picks up some fans on this tour...they really are a great group, but I love their LIVE performances. They are such an underrated group and deserves so much more.

I went to this show too and I'll try to post my review later.

Hil was right - LBT was incredible. My first time seeing them live and I got lucky enough to get one of the autographed CD's before they sold out. I made my husband go as soon as Boondocks was ending.

Carrie was awesome too and I was glad the crowd livened up for her. They were a little blah for LBT until Boondocks, which was the last song.

Just for clarification, since I probably won't post LBT's set list in my review - the song from their new album is "Good Lord Willing, and the Creek don't Rise". It was quite the country-rock song and I enjoyed. The whole album is good - we listened to it on the hour drive back home.

I'll post my review soon, but work is calling my name!

i think that is the reason why YWFT isnt in. i dont think it'll be too many slow songs, but thats just me

I can't wait till Saturday, and again next week at Hoffman estates. Carrie's staging sounds out of this world! She's up there with the big boys now, I would say! I could see Carrie every night, and not get tired of it. Hopefully I can get on of those autographed LBT cd's.
