easily the best GG vocal she's ever done. anyone who questioned her voice on american idol is looking like a major dumb ass right now.

I still think even us as fans expect perfection out of Carrie and when she has even a little bit of an issue we all jump in and say how we didn't like the performance. I know that we don't always have to say how incredible she sounds, but sometimes even we don't allow her to be human!
I can't wait (West Coast person here) to see her on Ellen, you guys have made me very anxious to see the show!

She seemed really confident and happy! I love the side Ellen brings out in her like how she was acting in the animal game! So cute and hilarious!

I personally think on the first performances of GG and BA she was just nervous. She was debuting new music, she's basically been away for a year, she said she gets nervous on award shows and American Idol anyway, plus elaborate sets, choreography, big production, and wind machines. It's no wonder she wasn't at her absolute best. We all know she can sing the heck out of anything. Now that she's over that hump she's sounding better than ever!
