Carrie Underwood Weighs In on Peyton Manning Going to the Denver Broncos

Football fans in Nashville were bummed out Monday to hear Peyton Manning had chosen to play for the Denver Broncos instead of the Tennessee Titans. Though Carrie Underwood's husband Mike Fisher plays hockey for the Nashville Predators, she's still a huge football fan. Shortly after the news broke about Manning on Monday, Carrie suggested that the Broncos trade their superstar quarterback Tim Tebow to the Titans.

She says with a laugh, "You're done with him! We'll take him! I like him."
Carrie will stand beside her home team no matter what though. "I just want the Titans to be all they can be," she says.

Carrie's got other matters on her mind with her new single, "Good Girl," racing up the country chart. It's the lead single from her fourth album, Blown Away, due out May 1.

I like Tebow too! BUT I am a Bronco fan so I am hoping he stays right where he is and learns from one of the best QB's to ever play the game. And to be honest, with Peyton's medical history it would be insane to get rid of Tebow - one wrong hit and Peyton is gone (I am still not sure WHY he still wants to play anymore - he has 1 yr old twins) and the Broncos NEED Tebow! However, if Tebow is traded I like the Titans and would be okay with him going there!

from what I've heard actually out of Indy, Peyton's way healthier than people realize. and having this break is helping more for him to get back to tip top shape. But yea, Tim could learn a lot from him.

Even though it isn't a whole lot who are saying that those people need to have their head examined, Tebow is a GREAT guy, a GREAT leader but he is not a starting NFL QB.

Yea exactly. And like I said, contrary to some reports I've heard Peyton is healthier than people realize. There r actually people who think he broke his neck haha. Wasn't it a bulging disk?

Because maybe some of them are old enough to remember JOHNY UNITAS and JOE NAMETH and to a lesser extent JOE MONTANA...it just never Quite works out when a legendary QB tries to finish out his career with another team....36 and coming off of a career threatening injury PAYTON may never regain his MOJO.... As a lifelong CHARGER FAN I am ecstatic over this decision.. TEBOW was the type of a QB that the CHARGERS have extreme trouble containing... The CHARGERS have always had PAYTON'S number so I welcome him with open arms.... This is just the kind of wake up call the CHARGERS needed....Whoever ends up with TEBOW is gonna have one of the hardest working most focused individuals the NFL has ever seen... He will end up on his feet and sadly for PAYTON he will end up on his back.... JMHO

Dont get be wrong, I think he's closer to the end than not but some fans act like he's gonna be gone for good after the first tackle haha. Tim tebow just isn't a good qb. Good kid? Yes. Quality qb? No

Well one thing for sure the BIG WINNER in all of this is the NFL..... The most popular sports league on the planet is only getting bigger and bigger by the second... LOL Heck you know something is HUGE when SWIFTY is trying to horn in on the action.... LMAO
Also BECCA I think school is still out on TEBOW as a QB... He willed himself to get better last year and at times he looked like a good pocket passer.... He is working his tail off trying to improve his mechanics... If he ever does that then the SKY'S the limit for this BORN LEADER....

not sure- but she will definitely use him for song material for the new album. lol I just don't think she is a good match for Tim as he is very religious, and she has never even once mentioned believing in God...so I am not sure if this will work out long term. He seems like the Good Girl in this scenario. lol
