you don't need to be vegan to lose weight. reduce the sugar and carbs is a good first step.

She's so cute - hard to believe Brad would miss that $100 but how cool that Carrie still understands the value of a $100 - just so out of my comprehension when you hear the $$$$$'s they spend on shoes and purses, etc. that you can still stay grounded over a $100 - love it!! Didn't sound like Mike was going to be spending too much time on tour!

I just followed Carrie's example of keeping a food journal, do more workouts (while keeping the meat! <3). It works very well!
