When Carrie says they have a video, do they mean they had one of their people in the audience/on the side record it on a digital camera or something or does she mean footage from the in-arena cameras that they use to display footage on the screens?

I wonder at what point Brad realized it was the real Carrie. Surely he must have realized something about the lighting and her movements were different compared to the hologram version, especially how "smiley" hologram Carrie is haha. also he must have realized her vocals weren't the same as on the studio recording - by this I mean not only her additional runs, but I honestly believe this the one song that Carrie doesn't sing just as well or better live. of course she hits all the big notes flawlessly, but its the verses and choruses that usually seem a bit off. I thought when she sang it on the CMAs it was just because she hadn't sung in a while and her voice wasn't warmed up. But having recorded her album, the CMT Crossroads, and her flawless live and acoustic performances of GG recently, it is clear the break hasn't worsened her voice in anyway, but if it did she's "normal" now and I think it's just that Remind Me simply is just a tough song for Carrie to sing live.

Just notice that at 9:45, Carrie answered a question on the FC. The poster had just gotten a guitar, and was wondering the best way to go about learning to play it. Carrie gave good advice, as usual!!

Oddly enough, I thought the same thing when I saw the Opry and CMA performance. The problem really isn't Carrie hitting the notes but more of the flow in the song. The phrasing in the live singing and/or vocal blend seems disconnected for some reason.
She sounds pretty good in this live performance though.
