    Its ok, just one of those issues we all come from a different direction with. I'm not holding it against Kelly - just sharing my feelings I wished she had picked one of her older songs. I also think its a compliment when someone covers one of your songs - even more so if you wrote it.

    True but she still sang it and gained attention from it and so there could have been LBT fans that didn't like Carrie singing it as it would draw attention away from the original that was out at the moment but luckily Carrie sang it well and just a line of it so it probably just helped it gain more popularity more than anything else . I agree though that Kelly covering the whole BA song though is diffferent from just Carrie singing a line that she was asked to join in singing on.

    Carrie didn't sing enough of Pontoon, for LBT's fans to get upset about, and really the situation is like comparing apples and oranges. Kelly performed it at a concert as part of her set list for that night, Carrie was at a function with songwriters who were performing some of the songs they've written and often everyone joined in to sing along...they are hardly the same thing.

    Also I wouldn't worry about Kelly covering Carrie's songs, Kelly's is also a great vocalist, and it is a compliment, unfortunately Kelly's rendition of Blown Away, in general didn't go over very well, even with her own fans...You win some and some you don't.

    Cute pictures - love the sharing of "just living life" pictures. Looks like she might have her hair in a long braid! She is darling no matter what she has on or what she is doing - jealous! Sure love seeing her having some down/fun time with her husband!!
