No offence to all other artists on this show or any show for that matter Carrie is just phenominal live! And she makes everyone else even Martina seem very ordinary(!) *
*Speaking of everyone else when was the last time Taylor played the Opry?
I agree with you --in my opinion, Carrie sings BETTER live !
My teacher went to the opry last time when taylor performed, and sent the opry a complaint because all the screaming little girls ruined his experience at the opry, and i am assuming he isn't the ony one. So i don't see taylor performing there much in the future.
HUGE West Coast Eagles Fan .......... and Carrie too!

Just watched the MS performance again from the Opry. I really enjoyed this version and it makes me appreciate the song even more now! Anyone else feel the same way?

^Haha, I assumed that but assumptions are bad. They make people out to be presumptuous and I didn't want you to assume that I was assuming something. lol. But why did you spell it that way?

I love MS. My only hope for it is that it is not released as a single. You have to be in a very specific place in your life to relate to it, so I think it's better off as an album track than a single. There are too many other more widely-relatable songs on the album that would be better as singles, I think.

Carrie Underwood, Martina McBride, Jake Owen and Rodney Atkins
Tune in for a special episode of Opry Live featuring Carrie Underwood, Martina McBride, Jake Owen, and Rodney Atkins. The special was originally taped on November 14, 2009 at the historic Ryman Auditorium in downtown Nashville.
Some of the performances fans can look forward to seeing on the show are Underwood's "Cowboy Casanova," her most recent #1 hit from the just-released CD Play On; McBride's current single "I Just Call You Mine" from her 2009 release Shine; Owen's lead single from his current release Easy Does It, "Don't Think I Can't Love You;" and Atkins' "About the South" from his earlier release If You're Going Through Hell.

^ Nice! I hope someone caps this as I don't get GAC. I'm glad they're airing the Opry again though.
Doesn't Carrie have an Opry appearance coming up? The OFC lists an Opry appearance Dec. 19th, but are they talking about a new one or just the TV airing of the Nov. 14th appearance?
