No, that was Jamie O'Neal, from the CMT 100 Greatest Country Duets. Carrie also sang DHLY with Reba McEntire on the Opry.

I don't think we can count this one because Carrie just stood there. As I recall someone did her part by mistake. Carrie didn't contribute to this one at all.

She sang with all the performers, but didn’t sing a solo. I wonder which women took her part (probably Miranda).

Nobody stole her part. Carrie didn't sing because she had sung HGTA right before where she gave all her vocals. And she was resting her voice. She didn't even properly sing the parts where everyone sang together. If her part had been stolen, she at least would have sung the group vocals.

First of all I didn't say anyone 'stole' her part, I said someone sang her part by mistake. And as far as that you need to check your facts because someone did indeed sing her part by mistake.

I stand by my statement that I don't think we can count this one. If you notice all the other performances mentioned in this thread, Carrie contributed a significant standout vocal performance. Singing as part of and blending into a group is not what I believe the intent of what this thread was meant to compile.

Naomi Judd apologize to Carrie after the song reportedly for her/them singing her part by mistake.

just re watched CMD and at no point did anyone sing Carrie's part. If I remember correctly Carrie could not be there for rehearsal of it and they wanted her on stage as she was one of the ones being honored so she just kind of swayed along.

Ok, calm it down. You lashed out at Momin for saying “stole” and now you’re heated because I pointed out a fact. She did sing... watch the video lol. If you don’t want to count it, then don’t. If others do count it, then they have fair grounds to do so.
