I will never turn my back on Carrie Underwood because her music got me through rough times. Carrie Underwood is outstanding and I wake up feeling happier. Thank you Carrie Underwood Fans, for making me welcome. That's why I play on for Carrie Underwood. I didn't know where to post this, but feel that I may not be the only one.
Jesus Take The Wheel/How Great Thou Art of Carrie is my only joy, my only hope and my only life. Tears of hope are flowing through my eyes.

As a teen I had Beatles scrapbook and collected not only their music, but the cards that came with nasty pink gum. 50 years have passed, yet I am still somewhat obsessive about my music, both Garth and Carrie have been the objects of my obsession. With Garth into retirement, I have had nothing better to do than search out Carrie articles and You Tube videos daily. Not to mention, I check in here multiple times daily. I fixated on Carrie on Idol and have been so excited over her evolution as a performer that she could have been family for the attention I give her. I feel her triumphs as well as her disappointments. I do not think anyone that I don't know has ever affected me to this degree. I can be brought to tears any time I listen to Temporary Home, Just a Dream but especially How Great Thow Art. I can only hope she has a long and successful career and does not let the pressures of the industry cause her too much trouble or discontent in her personal life. I truly look up to this young woman and if everyone was as sweet and compassionate as she, what a wonderful world it would be.
I feel that way, and Carrie Underwood has made me less of an ignorant person. She's outstanding.
