Should I wait, or not to wait....If I hv a credit card now, i'm definitely preorder-ing it already...

I will pre order, but I also wanna know, has anyone heard if there is gonna be a special cd/dvd , Like how Target does special releases sometimes , with this one? If they did , that'd be pretty awesome.

I just ordered thru Amazon using 1-Click orders...
They will charge me with the lowest price offered between today till the date of cd release...
So, i think you don't have to worry any promotional price offered later after you've purchased, you will automatically get the lowest price when you order using 1-click ordering

I think the one through Carrie's store. I always preorder through Carrie's website and get it early. I've preordered other albums on amazon and always get them the day of... If I pay enough on shipping.

The price will Change before and after the release date just like everything else on amazon. I think to avoid that you're better off going through the actually website.
