What record label is Blake with? I haven't felt like his songs have been anything different or exciting lately - they seem the same. I guess radio really likes him?
I just want to see a daily increase for Blown Away - I don't need it to go straight to the top (althought that would cause less worry) - just a steady increase. Is that too much to ask for?
BA (+26 spins, +0.364 million AIs) remains at #16.
On Canadian Country, BA (+7 spins, -0.002 million AIs) moves up 2 spots to #17.

Blake is a format superstar at the moment. Radio has finally fully embraced him after all these years, and his label (Warner Nashville to answer Liz's question) is trying to get all the mileage out of him that they can right now. They are pushing hard because they likely know that country music is pretty fickle is recent years. The industry could easily switch their attention to another male artist at any moment. There is a lot of competition amongst the men of country right now. Blake is going for seven #1s in a row apparently, so I can see why the label would be pushing for that impressive feat.
Gloriana did well to get their song to #2. It is a great song, but they are still so new. After losing the #1 last week to Love & Theft, I don't honestly know how long they could of actually held off Blake and LBT anyway. Blake's song has been having similar movement (aka lots of spins lol) for pretty much its entire run, so it's not surprising the label would choose to go ahead and let him have the top spot instead of pushing Gloriana. The label still has plenty of bragging rights with the #2 song for Gloriana.
Today is the last day of mediabase right? It doesnt look like swsrn cracked top 20 on mediabase unless she has massive gains today right?
Or am i mistaken? I was kind of hoping the SS debut record would still be intact on mediabase anyway. I know she will break it on billboard.

Tx. I figured i was wishful thinking. Lol

Hey, Poor Carrie is on the cover of the worst dressed list on AOL.
Ha ha, I guess you can't win em all.
In all fairness, the pic they are using is of her scarf blowing across her waist in a very unflattering way.
But they suggest that she is wearing some strange wrap.
Oh well.
Can you post a link to that article? I cannot find it. Tx.

I don't know how Tee. I'm so sorry.
The headline reads something like "Now we love Carrie Underwood but we question...blah blah blah"
but all I know is it is on the cover of AOL.
Tx i bet i will find it when i get home. Aol gives you a limited home screen when you are on an iphone.
What event was her outfit from? That would help. Tx
It is the big vest caught in the wind when she threw the opening pitch.
^^ Yeah. Some people need to get a life.
