Songs were last certified in April when SmB and HB were certified gold. Before that a slew of her singles were updated in August 2015. Also, it's pretty awesome that if you go to the RIAA Gold/Platinum database right, Carrie is on top of the list because she is the last artist to have anything certified!

What do you think is next in line for certifications?

Hoping these get one more certification before the end of time, then we don't have to think about them sitting at 'Gold' status anymore:
    Inside Your Heaven - Platinum
Don't Forget to Remember Me - Platinum
    Mama's Song - Platinum

Maybe more realistic since the streaming era:
    Little Toy Guns - Platinum

FGL are now the top certified Country artist for singles, with 31.5 million, passing Carrie at 30.5 million.

This is a bummer. Cruise (10X/Diamond) really gave them a huge head start.

The good thing here is that after two more singles maybe they will be off album..... and Carrie will enter a new era. And these songs below will be buying for a new certification in the near future.

    DL - for Gold
    CB - for Platinum
    UI - for 2x Platinum
    JAD - for 2x Platinum
    CC - for 3x Platinum

Though these 3 wont be counted towards her.
    RM - for 3x Platinum
    SB - for 2x Platinum
    TF - for Platinum

Been wondering about this recently. We all know that sales have now gone to crap and that streaming is the new way to make singles chart higher and get more certifications. I have been streaming Carrie nonstop for the past week to hopefully get her numbers better.

So is every 100 plays on Spotify counted as 1 sale? That's what I remember but I didn't know if I had made that up or not. And does that also count towards music videos as well? Hopefully someone can answer this question. Thanks so much!

150 streams = one download sale
    video streams are included

So for instance, Church Bells has sold 478k. The music video has been viewed on Youtube 25.4 million times, which adds +169k to the sales total. Then it has been streamed on Spotify 34.7 times which adds +231k to the sales total.

So Church Bells has essentially sold 878k if we factor in the streaming services that the RIAA uses for certifications? I know that was confusing, but did I do that correctly?
