Remind Me On The Mediabase Charts

Ok. Since RM is starting to get activity on radio, I am opening this thread. However this thread is strictly for the discussion of RM. This is not the place to continue all the oposting off topic discusg in the other Mediabase thread.

So Cary - what exactly constitutes on topic verses off topic? Is saying I'm happy to be following RM on this post on or off? Is commenting. That I see it was plaere in SALT lake twice yesterday but I didn't hear it on or off? Saying that I called KUBL all day yesterday to find out if RM was going to be one of the songs that they debuted last night but that all 3 lines where busy all night and that I even called the office main line to ask why all their lines were busy on or off? Is saying I am really sorry that posting RM ON YOUTUBE GOT Liveasongs accoun deleted on or off topic? I need rules and guidelines here. No grey areas. I am typing this on a bus so some of it might look funny! Field trip to the zoo in the freezing rain - FUN! Things you do for your kids. (Is that off topic?)

Detroit station WYCD has "Remind Me" up on their site with the comment from Coop (one of the DJs?):

Still waiting to hear RM on my radio station (they're probably waiting for the official adds, they rarely ever play anything early). Very exciting to see it getting so much airplay already, though! However, I think this means it will probably have a low debut its first week (if it got enough airplay to chart, which it probably did), and then shoot up a couple dozen spots the next week once it's officially added.

Here are the US country radio stations jumping the gun and playing REMIND ME this week!!!! Who can blame them everyone is buzzing about this song!!! DJs are tweeting that it's the best duet and song they've ever heard WOW!!!! Well folks this runaway train has left the Station so I believe that REMIND ME WILL debut on this weeks chart at #55 or their abouts!! No high debut but thats ok the song is just too good to hold it back a week... And it's not where you start it's where you finish and this one will get to the top in about 5 weeks and stay there for another 5 weeks to be one of the biggest songs of the year if not the biggest!!!! On a side note OA is within a few points of the top and will be there by tomorrow!!!!

Miranda or the label couldnt block Remind Me from getting to the top if they placed The Great Wall Of China in its way!!!! LOL

OK - Here I go - I am so worried that Sony will push a Miranda 7th single - one that isn't even worthy of a top 20 - and end up costing Brad and Carrie a number 1. Why do they always push Miranda? If people wanted to hear her they would request her and they don't. Sony has been so unfair to Carrie lately. I bet they block vote for Miranda to get nominated for male vocalist of the year.

From there, you can share it with friends. I just sent it to three of my friends through PM and posted the link on another friend's wall that I know is a country music fan.
