When Starting a Request Thread
1. Please let the requesters know what you are able to make (examples help).
2. DO NOT start more than one Request Thread. This causes the "Request Thread" section to look messy and confusing. If you had one previously and you asked for it to be closed, just contacted me (Emily) and I will open it for you. If it was closed because it was inactive, please PM me. If a new request thread is made anyway by a member that already has a pre-existing request thread, the new one will be immediately deleted.
3. Keep you're Request Thread updated. If you have trouble keeping up with the requests, please complete the requests as best you can and then contact me and I will gladly close it for you and then reopen it when you are ready.
4. Your request thread will be modded like any other thread on this forum. This includes merging multiple posts in a row. This keeps Request Thread owners from attempting to keep their thread active by posting multiple times in a row (no matter how far apart the time differences are). If you post multiple times in a row, your posts will be merged together. To be fair, we must do this to everyone, even if you request thread is active.
Inactive Request Threads
1. An inactive request thread will be closed if inactve for 2.5 weeks (subject to individual discretion) from your last request/fulfilled request. (If you know you are going to be out of town or busy, please simply contact me (Emily) and I will happily close it and then reopen it whenever you are ready.
2. If your request thread goes inactive and you would like it to be reopened, please PM me (Emily) with examples for your most recent work. The Graphic's Team will then decide if they think your work has approved enough to reopen the your request thread successfully.
3. Do NOT ask another Mod to re-open your request thread. They are aware of how the inactive request threads work and will refer you to contact me.
If you are unaware of what an active/inactive request thread is, Landing has clearly outlined that for you:

REMEMBER: It is completely up to you when you choose to start your first request thread. Wait until you know you are completely ready and have the skills needed to open a successful request thread. Opening a "new and improved" request thread is not an option.
Thanks to all who have been some compliant with these rules. It is greatly appreciate and has been noted for future decisions.
