well yes there ARE specific rules for request threads and the people who run them can do whatever they want. And 1st of all, you didn't follow the one rule i stressed most of all, and i let it slide and told you just to do it in the form. but then i heard from courty that u requested a wallie from her right after you did from me, and she denied it because of that. and she told me you freaked out on her as well.

btw. one of the rules is that we can deny any request we want ... we both have that on there.

and there's rules for a reason. i've let ppl slide too many times before and i told myself when i reopened my RT that i don't care what happens, but i'm sticking to my whole 'no rules, no request' thing.
