you can just take a pic of it if you want to and of course you could always just type it, but we thought it would be more personal |

You know what would be really cool?
If someone who is going to the May 10th Opry induction gave it to her then, becuase it's a little over two weeks away from her three year anniversary and it's pretty much her official acceptance into country music history...just a thought!

Oh this is awesome!!! I'll try to make mine sometime this week, though I'm not sure how well it's going to go lol... is there a way to put the blend & my picture on the page AFTER I scan it because my printer sucks and it will ruin it if I try to print a picture of me and a blend to put on the page and then scan the whole thing.
If any of that made sense.

^No no. Haha you all are confusing yourselves.
She wants you to ONLY SCAN the paper w/the survey. And seperatly send her a picture of you, and the blend. So on your scrapbook page in the book it will have 3 things cut out from you.
