Just A Dream
With this time of war in Iraq and the supurb way she sings it JAD is really a powerful song.
Will it do as well as BHC as her marque song? Probley not but I think its one that will connect with so many women and military wives or those thats lost someone to war.
This song wont be about awards but about a real life issue and its such a great song.

I think Just A Dream is a great tribute song to the fallen troops in Iraq. I think Just A Dream can be a great hit for Carrie but I don't think it do well like BHC but nonetheless it's a great song.

I do think this song could be as big as JTTW, I really do! Doesn't have to much cross-over appeal, but who cares. Carrie is a country artist and this is an amazing country song...

I think with her induction into the Opry last night will change Carrie in a way. No not in the bad way you might be thinking but in the wholesome country, country singer that she is.
Awards wont motivate her now, great music and artisic ability in her songs will. I expect her to come into her own and dig deep in the country roots and grab the Opry induction by the horns and model herself as an Opry member.

To me, I think that song will be an amazing song for her.
I think it really shows how she can put emotion into songs.
Just like she did with 'Praying for Time' on Idol Gives Back. That because very popular.
For me and what I know, this will be very popular.

When I first listened to CR, JAD was the one song that stood out from the rest and really touched me and drew me in. I think this will be CR's biggest hit on the album. IKYW is a killer song live and touching too but it really didn't move me like JAD did on the album. So I don't think IKYW would be a great radio song like JAD would but I think if Carrie can sing IKYW live it will just blow people away and put them in awe. But JAD imo definitely needs to be released to radio, even if it only has success on country radio.

For some reason, I have this funny feeling that the label would like to release all of the songs that are written by Carrie (Crazy Dreams)--I hope I am wrong !!!

I wouldn't mind CD being released in addition to JAD.
