This is a great article and exactly why I think David Archuleta will win the competition... the enthusiasm of his fan base. These are the kind of people that vote, and vote, and vote again for American Idol. Yes, David Cook is good too, but I think Cook's style of music is closer to Chris Daughtry, who remember, got voted off. Also, David Archuleta has the unwavering support of Simon who has made pretty clear from the beginning that David A should win, and even declared last week that David A crushed the competition. One more thing David Archuleta has going for him, is I believe he will get the lion share of Jason Castro's fan support...I think David A would have been there natural second choice.
