We don't know what the plan is yet because Carrie said things haven't been finalized yet for her tour. She will be touring we just dont' know the details.

We have heard various things like she would like to possibly co-headline, which would be cool if they could find just the right country artist that is possibly on the rise that is well liked? Who could that possibly be?

I hope she comes to Pittsburgh no matter what. Maybe Phil Stacey will tour with her since they both were on Idol, are country singers and signed with the same label. That would be amazing!

"This year" (2007) is almost over. She said she wouldn't be headlining "this year" but she also said that some big plans are in the works but haven't been finalized for early next year.

She has also said in several interviews that she doesn't feel she is ready and that is a ways off. She has kind of been the master of the mysterious so who knows. She did indicate maybe wanting to co-headline and casually mentioned an all girls tour on her Blair Gardner interview. She said she thought it would be a blast to tour with Miranda Lambert and Kelly Pickler.

Just so people don't get their hopes up, Carrie will most definitely not be co-headlining with Rascal Flatts. That would be a step down for them considering that they sell out by themselves. They really don't need Carrie. Add Keith Urban to that as well (though, not quite to the same extent as Rascal Flatts). And, I think she actually has a better chance of touring with them (which is almost none) than Kelly Clarkson. Nothing against her, but Carrie and Kelly are two completely different people in two different genres. Sure, they may sell tickets, but I don't see it being good in the long run, but it won't happen.

If Carrie does end up co-headlining, I figure it will be with a rising star (Country star) who has been the opening act for a while and have a fairly large fanbase...Sugarland, Josh Turner, etc.
