wow.. okay. so this was the fourth time i have seen Carrie live, and the 2nd time during the CR Tour. and this was probably the best concert EVER. our seats were pretty good, 5th row, kind of halfway between the catwalk, and the aisle at the end. so Carrie is absolutely amazing, and i love her so much. She was hilarious!
I'm sure you all know the setlist by now, so i'm not gonna go through that whole thing, but EVERY SINGLE SONG was absolutely perfect <3 I couldn't believe it.
One of the best things I've seen Carrie done :: Right before she sang AAG, she was talking to this 13 year old girl (same age as me) in the audience. but she was talking with the mic, so everyone could hear. She told us the in audience that Karissa, the girl, made Carrie a dress. and carrie told her that the dress is hanging in her closet back home, and that she forgot to take it on the road. She told her that when she got back home in nashville, in July sometime, she would have someone take a picture of her in the dress, and she would put it on the fanclub website (:
to me, that was the sweetest thing Carrie has ever done. Of course, I love the #1's and i love the awards, but its THAT kinda stuff, that makes me love carrie sooo incredibly much, and makes me be SOO proud to be a fan <3 i love her.
MY FAVORITE MOMENT OF THE NIGHT :: okay, so i made a sign that said "Carrie, YOU sure make everything else seem so small." and so while she was singing SS, i held it up. and like everyone in front of me, was looking at me, hahaha it was so funny. but i didn't care. i wanted carrie to see. and she was like closing her eyes a lot while she was singing, so i was getting kinda upset, but i kept the poster in the air. then, towards the end of the song,
i saw carrie look RIGHT at me, and she smiled, really really big. i smiled back. then she waved to me, but i couldn't wave back haha. but wow. that was the best moment of my life. carrie noticed me. she smiled at me. she waved to me. i will NEVER forget it. I hope carrie realizes how much that means to me. and how i will neverrrr forget it. I LOVE YOU CARRIE.
ohhh and after so small, while carrie was changing into the encore outfit, the guy in front of me turns around and hes like "CARRIE WAVED TO YOU! IS THAT NOT THE COOLEST THING EVER?!" hahahah it was soo funny.
and carrie was HILARIOUS during the show, she gets funnier and funnier as the concerts come and go, i think. she def. said a lot of funny things before she sang DFTRM, as she was talking about her family. my favorite quote was "checotah's public school system did the best they could with me" HAHAHA, it was hilariouss. i'm suureee someone will post all the funny things she said (: oh and after LN she said the disclaimer thing, which i think is HILARIOUS, even though she's talking to me. hahaha.
so all in all, this concert was absolutely incredible, and i will never ever ever forget it. it was so amazing (:
*OH and by the way, i am SOO happy vitaminwater sponsors carrie, because after a night of screaming really loud, a free vitaminwater, is JUST what i needed. hahaha! its awesome! (:
