My Bozeman, MT Review <3

INTRO
Yesterday was amazing! My nose was clear and my energy level was incredible, if I must say so myself. I slept in until 8:30 and went to school at about 10:30. I listened to Carrie on my iPod all through English. (The teacher was clueless, ROFL!) Then I drove home around 2:00 and got packed for Bozeman! My family got all ready about a half hour later than planned, but hey. Whatever works! I live about an hour away from Bozeman, so it was a small drive and I finished all my homework. When we got to our hotel, we unpacked and watched GAC until we decided to go get dinner.

BEFORE CONCERT
We got to the Brick Breedan Fieldhouse (ROFL what a name) at like 7:00 and parked pretty close. When we got in, I had to pee like a racehorse, so I went into the bathroom with my mom. It took quite a bit, but my brother went during intermission and said the lines were humungo.

So good thing we went before.

We were sitting in our seats (which were actually very good, side-ish section to the left of the stage, row C) when this huuuggee security guard came up to me and struck up a hilarious creepy conversation that I believe was supposed to be flirting.

SG: So, Carrie Underwood, eh?
Me: Oooo yeeaaahh. The one and only. I'm super excited.
SG: Me too. She's a hot little chick, ain't she?
Me: So what's it like being a security guard? (I was so weirded out, all i wanted to do was say "BYE CREEP!")
SG: Um, you know. I get to talk to girls like you. *Winks*
Me: Ah, okay. I have to grab my purse that's down a few seats. Nice talking to you.
SG: Enjoy the show, young lady!
Me: Yeahh, okay. You too.

I always attract the creepers. (COUGHlikethetigerintheparkinglotCOUGH)

Anyway, by the time the lights went down...

CONCERT:

Josh Turner came out singing an awesome "Firecracker", getting everyone up on their feet. Then he went on to sing "Everything is Fine". After that, he talked a little about being in Montana (but for some reason didn't mention what a joke it was.

) and he said something like, "Sorry I may seem out of breath, but I filled up on McKensie Pizza today", which is this pizza place in Montana. It was cute. <3 Oh, by the way. If I haven't mentioned it yet, HE'S AMAZINGLY GORGEOUS. My mom and I were like dying. Then he sang "Another Try" (which he normally sings w/ Trisha Yearwood), "Me and God", "Your Man", "Long Black Train" and another one I didn't recognize, but I was dancing around anyway. He talked about Carrie a bit somewhere in there, but he said the same thing he said at the CO Springs concert, so see that review to catch the chatter.

He ended with a great "Would You Go With Me" and I was actually really sad to see him go. I don't necessarily loveee all his music, but I really liked the opening act he did. Amazin. <3

THEN WAITING. We literally sat there for 30 minutes. Then, the lights went down, and.....5 EFFING MINUTES ON ZE CLOCK. Grrsickles! I was flaming mad. (And I knew it was coming from the San Jose concert.

) But I anxiously waited it out and before I knew it, that opening video was playing! We couldn't see the side screens (and that's my only regret about our seats) and the background screen was a little pixelly but we managed alright.

Then Carrie's band came out and played.. *drumroll please*... "Flat Up From the Floor"

Ya know, since Carrie comes up from ze floor.

Anywho, everyone was singin. She was in her black outfit, boots and all.

Then she went along with Wasted, Get Out of This Town (she did a guitar face off with Ed and probably won, haha!). Then she said, "I've been out on the road with lots of hot guys. I've been extremely lucky. And they've all been very very nice guys. Ya know what? They've all been very very MARRIED guys." Then she sang TMBIM and did her "find the guy" thing. Cute as usual! <33 Then it was Just a Dream, and of course I cry.

Outfit change. (It was really cute because from the side we could see Carrie running backstage to get changed. Sooo cute. Omg.)

Then it was the blue dress and time for Jesus to take the wheel. IKYW followed. Man, she can belt out that song. I was like drooling over the high notes. Gorrrgeeeeeoussss. Then it was IAICA. She said how she missed home and wanted us to enjoy the pictures on the screen. I did.

When it was about time to get fast, I looked over at her dress quickly, cause last time I missed it and I was

. I didn't miss it this time! YAY! Then, I think it was Last Name, during which I completely lost my voice.

Outfit change, run backstage. <3

After that she came out in jeans and purple shirt. She sang (not in this order) All-American Girl, Lessons Learned/That's Where It Is/Young and Beautiful/Some Hearts medley, Crazy Dreams, ITYS (with introduction about Opry induction), Twisted. She was getting a drink of water before going to the little stage at the end of the runway, and she goes, "Just to let you all know, I DID just spill water all over myself." Laughs. "It happens!" Then everyone kind of chuckled, and she goes, "Hey! You know you've done it."

"As if I'm not already uncoordinated on stage, everyone insists I wear these high heels. I think it's cause I'm short. 5'3 isn't that short." HA! "That's the first think people say about me, is 'Wow, you're a lot shorter than you look.'" Then she said something REALLLLYYY CUTE, but I don't remember it.

But anyway, she started playing DFTRM.

Then after a bunch of songs (listed earlier) she sand SS. She finished that, then went down through the floor; everyone started to leave. But I was like, NO!

She came up in the same jeans and a Montana State University Bobcats jersey (which was soo cute, i wanted to hug her really bad.

) She sang "Paradise City", but no November Rain.

Oh well. She ended with Before He Cheats!

IT WAS AMAZING YOU GUYS! My camera sucked though - I'm waiting for REALLY GOOD seats one day or an outside concert to get pics that are worth looking at. I just steal everyone else's.

P.S. Podunk, I didn't get to give her the present or meet her again. Oh well....next time.

Thanks for the detailed review!!! I was wondering if anyone went to the Montana show - sounds like a great Carrie concert - yuck to the creepy security guy , you seem to have handled it very well though

LOL at her spilling water on herself and talking about being short, so cute hahahaha. I remember a couple of times I think I've heard her call herself like 5'4" or 5'5" and I was like "Pshhh come on girl we know you're shorter than that!" OWN THE SHORTNESS CARRIE!!!

Just kidding. I got a good one for like $150 at Office Max. Not sure if you even live anywhere near one, but it is an awesome camera. And of course my NEW phone takes great pics.

That doesn't help you out though, does it? haha

great review!! I am so relieved that someone here went to the Montana show as there are no other reviews anywhere- --- none for Wyoming either.

Can you tell us if it was a sell out or not? How was the crowd? thanx!
