Heath Ledger's father says that his son's 2-year-old daughter Matilda Rose will inherit all of her father's estate.

The family had to make the call because Ledger, who died from an accidental prescription drug overdose in January, signed a will before his daughter was born and which indicated he wanted to leave everything to his parents and three sisters.

There was speculation that his Heath's ex-wife, Michelle Williams, would file a claim for her daughter's right to the estate but Ledger's father, Kim, says that won't be necessary

"There is no claim," Kim tells Australian newspaper 'The Sunday Times'. "Our family has gifted everything to Matilda."

The will, date April 12, 2003, lists Ledger's assets and cash at just $118,000, but it's believed his estate is worth as much as $20 million.

Earlier this year, Williams' father challenged the grieving Ledger family to publicly state the value of their son's fortune and give Matilda her due share
