Hmmm... Based on the last few years, I think it will go a little something like this:
1. All I Ask For - Trace
2. Cowboy Casanova - Carrie
3. You Belong With Me - TS
4. Marry for Money - Trace
5. I Told You So - Carrie

Rest of the top 10:
6. Need You Now - Lady A
7. Toes - Zack BB
8. Best Days of Your Life - Kellie
9. Start A Band - Keith/Brad
10. Kiss A Girl/Sweet Thing - Keith
I expect a few more, or just one or two, of the smaller artists to get in the top 10 in place of some of the big name artists. like Darius, Luke Bryan, or maybe Josh Turner, Jason Aldean, or even Gloriana (because of Taylor?)

Trace has been #1 the past 3-4 years? regardless of how much that song/video sucks. Carrie has been #2 most of that time. Taylor doesn't do as well on this countdown as you would expect based on her success, but she gets more popular each year so who knows. Kellie manages to get in the top 5 or at least top 10 usually. Then of course you have Kenny, Keith, Brad, Rascal Flatts, and their fan bases. Then I expect a few smaller artists will pop in there like Lady A, ZBB, and Darius. I didnt see "In Color" by Jimmy J. though. And I dont think Sugarland, Alan J. or George had big enough songs, like Stay, Good Time and Troubadour respectively this year.

Carrie had 4 videos in the top 30 last year.
