"But Michael laughed and said, 'I'm not so sure that you'd want to see me eat! It might not make a good first impression.'" Phelps requires a lot of food to keep him going - he consumes a whopping 12,000 calories per day!

It's funny how there are no direct quotes from Carrie about Phelps. I'm not sure how i feel about Carrie and Michael, but then again, my feelings about them really doesn't matter. LOL

For a second there, I thought the post was going to state that Phelps is hosting and Carrie is going the be the performer for that night. =/

Intersting. i have never heard carrie say anything about the guy. She did say she is single and happy though. We'll have to wait and hear it from her.

I honestly hope this isnt true. She can find so much better, and I have heard he is very cocky and into himself.

But its her life, so whatever. haha

I tend to agree with you. The press makes up stuff or takes gossip and just runs with it!! It is just so unfair for Carrie and all celebrities. What's crazy about this is, Michael and Carrie have a first date all set up and neither of them know a thing about it!!! Carrie needs a gold medal for just putting up with all this!!

I am not so sure of this. His manager did finally say in an article that he does have someone (and it was not Carrie but did not mention names) and has for a bit but he said it was not an every day thing because he does not have time or something to that effect. I think it was in US or People magazine I read it since I read both. But I suppose, he could date two people but I would wait until we know for sure.

All she needs is someone from another state again with no time on their hands and a ton of girls chasing him.

When i first saw the title, I thought it meant that Carrie was going to be on SNL with Michael Phelps, but I guess not.

Still don't really know if this is true, but I'd be SO happy if it was

I hope it´s not true about her and Phelps dating... I think she needs some mature man (not like Romo and Crawford) the best someone who is not famous. Just my opinion. But that with him eating is funny
