Carrie Underwood, Rascal Flatts And Kid Rock In Philadelphia This Week

Philadelphia, PA (CNS) - It will be action-packed musically in Philadelphia this week, with performances ranging from country acts like Carrie Underwood and Rascal Flatts, to rock groups like Kid Rock and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
Underwood was the first "American Idol" to become a country superstar. She will appear at the Liacouras Center. Country super group Rascal Flatts will be joined by country cutie Taylor Swift when they perform at the Giant Center.
On the rock side, Kid Rock and Lynyrd Skynyrd will perform at Susquehanna Bank Center. One of the unlikeliest success stories in rock at the turn of the millennium, Detroit rap-rocker Kid Rock shot to superstardom with his fourth full-length album, 1998's Devil Without a Cause.
Fans of Good Charlotte will also get a chance to catch the band as they roll into Philadelphia for a Wednesday show at Penn's Landing.
