He mentioned Carrie as one of his favorites along with Kelly. He said he likes artists that don't change because of their fame and are appreciative of what they've become, or something to that effect.

And that is one of the main reasons why I love Carrie. Even if she has crossover hits, she doesn't change the song to make it more radio friendly to the audience.

In my opinion, Carrie is the only megastar from American Idol who will always appreciative of American Idol.
