how true is this anyway? Carrie could have easily mentioned thinking Phelps is cute, then the media blows it way out of proportion and make it say Carrie said she had a crush on him. but if its true, thats nice. Phelps seems like a nice guy. much better than Tony and Chace (he seemed nice, but he attracts a lot of girls)
