Grand Ole Opry - August 9th

Hi guys! I really heard bad news, but I'm not sure if they are real, so I was hoping some of you could clear this up for me.

I heard that this Saturday show of Grand Ole Opry will not be televised on GAC. Is this right???

Because I was so happy of finally see JAD performed on TV, but this really blew up my hopes (for this weekend, of course).

Hope what I heard is not right

i think it's televised. they just aren't showing carrie

Exactly! If they do televise the show, WHY wouldn't they show Carrie??? Is there anything more important than Carrie???

And I'm not saying this because I'm a fan, I mean, if they want to increase ratings, they NEED to show Carrie.

Is senseless. I don't get it.

i thought i read something where it was going to be on tv and they named who they were showing but there was no carrie. hold on let me see if i can find it

Thats what I thought. Its alright, All good.
It just doesnt make ANY sense not to televise it.

From what I understand, she'll be there and you can listen online. They will also have clips on youtube at a later time. (And yeah, makes no sense to me either....)

BTW, has she been at the Opry since her induction? I know they re-aired that a week or so ago, so that may be why???

yes, this will be her second time after the induction

the first one was the time when she sang I know you won't, The more boys I meet, and Flat on the floor (at least those were the performances that were broadcasted... she sang Just a dream and Last name too)
