^ that's right! I forgot that carrie's mom will be with her for mother's day... I bet they all go out and have a wonderful brunch tomorrow, etc-- before carrie's next concert.

Hey, everyone...Let's declare today Celebrate Carrie Day!!! Come tonight, Carrie will realize one of her fondest dreams...Opry membership...There is no higher honor for a Country artist other than the Hall of Fame, and I'm persuaded that will also come Carrie's way on down the road...

I've been reflecting watching some of Carrie's early vids from AI & early concerts up to now...To this day I'm STILL amazed at how far our girl has come so soon...It is a testament to Carrie's talent & character...That inspires so many young folks to be like her...It truly warms this old guy's heart to see the effect Carrie has had on so many both within & without this board...

Celebrate Carrie Today!!!

Celebrate as you wish...Post your thoughts/well-wishes...Play your fav Carrie songs...Watch your fav Carrie vids...Reflect on a Carrie concert experience you may have had...

We are devoted fans...because we are invested in her...Many of us supported Carrie from her 1st Idol audition...She has FAR MORE than repaid us for our support...Right now I'm thinking about Carrie's mom & dad...How proud they must be about their little girl...I can't imagine it...Or her sisters...How proud they must be that little sis done good

Cary, thanks! That chart is totally amazing. Someone finally got smart and decided to inject some youth into the Opry!! But, at 23?!! That shows there regard for Carrie. Even Martina had to wait until she was 41!! What a night, this will be...for Carrie and her family!!!!

I doubt that there will be time for that T, Carrie has a show tomorrow night in Little Rock.

Actually, Martina was 29 when she was inducted. Martina is currently 41.

Both the 7:30 and 8:00 pm shows that they are showing on GAC.
