iTunes just updated and So Small is now #3 on the iTunes country songs list. I'm still waiting for the full top 100 to update.

The iTunes sales won't impact the Hot 100 until next week. At that point, So Small will mostly break into the top 30 and could have a shot at the top 20. We will have to see how the sales progress during the week.

This is great news, the other thread makes it sound like the song is losing ground. It was just released today and look where it's at. It'll be just fine by the end of the week.

First an update. According the top 10 list for country, So Small now tops the list of country songs after less than a day. And remember that the rankings are based on a week's worth of sales.

Now to JTTW. I don't know the exact ranking on iTunes, but the first week that JTTW was on iTunes, it sold about 12.5K for the week at a time when the top song was usually between 40K and 50K. Based on current rankings, I am guess that So Small is already at 30K and that number will only increase. To give apoint of reference, the top songs last week sold over 120K and sometimes the top song can be well over 200K.
