Toby Keith's SNCIFOM (+45 spins, +0.418 million AIs) is obviously getting the push to #1.

Tim McGraw's LIG (+6 spins, +0.143 million AIs)
Taylor Swift's LS (+73 spins, +0.373 million AIs)

JAD has been having good gains recently. A small loss on a single day doesn't mean anything. Remember that 4 days ago, Toby Keith had a small drop just like this. And look what is happening now.

Cary, you should know by now that when you post something as dire sounding as the above, that you are going to get questions & comments such as the one below. Why not just head them off at the pass with a full out thousand word expose of what is, what was, & what will or what could be?

I know you Ron - silly person. I am just grumpy today because was up until 2 am with my internet provider because my router they provide went out and now I have to wait for them to get around to coming out to replace it so the other two computers I have networked will work. I would go buy the thing myself but they will only support it if they provide it.

JAD will be fine!!! once Toby peaks Arista will be right on top of things and boost it to #1...I'm not worried, my only concern would be the rapid rise of LS which could be the song that removes Carrie from #1??? Untill then I look fowrad to watching how long JAD can maintain the top spot!!!

IMO, the program managers for most of the radio stations around the country already have this planned out (do I hear conspiracy ).

They will give Toby his 1 week and Carrie 1 week (maybe 2) before either Tim or, most probably, TS takes the spot. If Toby stays in 1st for more than 1 week, it would be time to worry.

LS has been moving up at a pretty good and consistent clip. In 2-3 weeks, it will be right behind JAD unless it slows down. Radio wants the teenage listeners so I doubt that it will slow down by much.

JAD will have a multi-week run at #1. JAD is such a great and powerful song but LS gives everybody migranes. Kenny is gradually falling and Taylor's LS will probably stall pretty soon. IMO Taylor will gradually fade away and country radio will lose interest in Taylor because her music is "bubblegum country." Unless her singing improves, she'll be forgotten in Nashville.

LS is going to be #1 the week her album debuts on the charts (I guess that Taylor's and her label plan) and that will be the chart dated 22/11(I think, I dont know very well how Billboard calendar works). Of course she could be there before, not necesarily that week...So I think it's going to be Toby 1 week, then Carrie 2 weeks, Tim 1 week and then Taylor. Sugarland is having good gains or the luck is on Taylor's side once again?
