SS (+16 spins, +0.108 million AIs) remains at #9. Two other things of intersest. First, Luke Bryan's AMFS (-56 spins, -0.305 million AIs) is definitely on the way down. Second, Brad Paisley's Online (-32 spins, -0.067 million AIs) had a pretty big spin loss today. It may not mean anything, but it is strange.

And we have more fun on the AC chart. BHC (+15 spins, +0.166 million AIs) remains at #7. BHC moves back in front of Plain White T's, which passed BHC yesterday (I think this is now the 4th time this has happened with Plain White T's). But, Bon Jovi moves back in front of BHC after BHC passes Bon Jovi yesterday. I can almost guarantee the BHC will move back in front of Bon Jovi tomorrow. The only question is whether Plain White T's moves back in front of BHC again tomorrow.

I don't know anything about the charts, but it seems to me that Toby Keith's song is slowing down. But like I said I know NOTHING about the charts.

It's a little too early to be sure. But given that RF will get a good deal of Promotional airplay this week, TMT will probably hold at #1 for one more week.

Can you recall the top 4 artists all having more than 4k spins at the same time recently? Isn't that pretty rare?

Well at least Luke's song is now bullet less and could go recurrent in over two weeks. The B&D song is on the edge. It should be interesting to see it it can jack up it's bullet next week when the album drops.

My thoughts exactly. Because of changes in the number of monitored stations either short term or permanent, historical comparisons are not worth much. However, short term comparisons can be revealing. Here are some numbers to mull over. For the last 14 days in a row the collective top 10 has experienced gains in spins. The average number of spins has gone from 3784 to 3983. Can you say top heavy? These spins are coming from somewhere, recurrents and lower charting songs.
