who knows??? Until her fans stop buying it???.....hahaha....I think this will be her last redo before she releases her sophomore album.

She had her original album, then redid it to remixes I believe, and then redid it again by adding one or two more new songs and added videos but just changed the album title to Beautiful Eyes, which is the one we see right now on the charts.

So basically it's her third time around w/ the basic same material.

I know people re-release albums due to label changes and what not, but why does she just keep re-releasing an album that has already sold well and just adding stuff onto it? I don't really get it.

I look at Taylor Swift new CD/DVD as a good thing and here's why. This will prevent Taylor Swift's original CD to get another week at #1. Right now I believe it is at 25 weeks and because of this new Taylor CD it may end at 25 because next week Sugarland releases their album. Some Hearts has 27 weeks at #1 so this will make it more difficult for Taylor to reach or beat that number.

Because she knows her fans will buy it, which is fine. Carrie did the same thing w/ her special Target edition thing but the thing is Carrie put both the Target special edition and original CR album out right around the same time and that was all she did. She didn't do any more redoing of her album after that (unless you want to count the musicpass thing but for me that was more of a download/online thing like itunes and she even did that not too long after CR and the Target thing came out). And by having it out around the same time, it gave you the option of either choosing to just buy the original CR album or just the Target Special Edition instead if you had not gotten the original CR album right out the gate like I did . So imo it was more fitting and wasn't a long drawn out process where she had her original album out first for a long time then redid it w/ remixes and then redid it to add a song or two and videos over a I believe a two year period. Too drawn out for me. But if TS fans don't mind buying it like that more power to them.

I don't know why they are making a whole new disc for this. They should have just piled all of it on the current CD and released it as the "Platinum Deluxe Edition" or something. I'm surprised they didn't throw the pop mixes on there, unless they've got something else planned.

I'm still hoping Carrie will do some sort of re-release with a DVD or whatever. I never got the Target release since there isn't one around me, and when I do go to the closest one, they're always sold out. I just hope there wasn't something in the deal that prevented some sort of DVD release to happen in the future.

HOLY COW!!! Taylor's sales sure fell! I Hope that's true, cause then that'd reveal a lot of truths about who really is buying her album. Go Carrie. Sales seem to be stable this week

So my suspicion that the first chart was a Walmart chart and they where not selling the original debut album makes sense. I wonder if the latest EP will get anymore sales this week since it was a walmart exclusive?

I went to 2 Walmarts in our area and both of them had Taylors Debut in stock, they were on sale for 9.99, not sure what Walmarts you went to but they are still selling her debut.
